Located in Shouguang- hometown of Chinese vegetable, Shandong Dongbao Special Pipe Co., Ltd is a comprehensive new high-tech composite pipe manufacturer involving science, industry and trade; and currently is one of the largest production bases of mining pipe, gas pipe, water supply and drainage pipe, and pressure, corrosion-resistant pipe in China.
The company occupies 265, 600 square meters with construction area of 165, 500 square meters, and owns fixed assets of 280 million yuan and more than 660 employees, among which over 60 own intermediate and senior titles in the fields of product development, mechanical design, chemical materials and project construction. And the provincial-level composite pipeline R & D center with strong technical strength promotes the company� s capacity of independent technology R & D, new product design and project construction .meanwhile, the company establishes a long-term strategic and cooperative relationship with Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences and China Plastics Processing Industry Association.
The company is being successively equipped 20 world-class automatic production lines with the annual output of 2, 600, 000 meters. Advanced and rigorous production technology, core raw materials imported, make the product technical performance reach international advanced level. All the products conform to the standards of CJ/ T189-2007 and CJ/ 225-2006, and health standards GB/ T17219-1998.
The main product includes steel mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipe, steel spiral reinforced polyethylene pipe, polyethylene drainage pipe, polyethylene gas pipe, polyethylene sewage pipe, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe, polyethylene double wall corrugated pipe, polyethylene pipe and various mining pipe fittings and supportings. It has already passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification and many of the pipes are listed in the key recommending products by the National Ministry of Construction Industrial.The mining pipe steel wire reinforced polyethylene has got the " mine safety " certificate issued by the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety. These products sell well throughout the country and win customers' high appraisal and trust.
